Is There a Limit to Predictability?

Sally Kohn: We're dealing with an unfair justice system so that we know that people of color are more likely to be re-arrested than white people. She says the moral question is going to be the predominant one, not the technical question. Kohn: I think in some domains that's particularly important when you look at these algorithms used for hiring. Those are not even 70% algorithms, those are 50%, she says.
