The Primary Dangers of Weight Cutting
The most obvious and the most real danger of weight cutting is that you can and people have died doing it. There's a famous story of three wrestlers that died trying to cut weight in a sauna. If I'm going from 70 kilos to 57 kilos, imagine how many workouts I have to do to lose six liters,. to move six liters of fluid out of my body. It's a lot. And so there's a very strategic way that you have to set this up in order for your body to shift 10% of your weight. That's when we'll encourage our body to move that last two liters because we don't want to stress this system too much
