The Importance of Cooking Your Own Meat

I used to have a sous vide like cooker that was and it was a cheaper one and it wasn't quite as good. But I went and bought an overwand and I do use that to do it when I sous vide. And recently I had my 40th and what we did was I went there's a butcher around this area who sells bulk meat so I basically got a big slab of meat and they covered up. So I did like 40 steaks in like all sous vide style and then I started a mini barbecue and just said them and serve them. It was a very easy way of giving people a really nice lunch.
