There just doesn't seem to be a benefit to marriage really outside of raising a family. If you are looking to not have children, I think that you'd probably be okay with having long-lasting companionships in your 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s. You can say to a woman, "I'm not the person who's going to be getting married," and then she might bring up the argument that says, well, you can always get out. That is also the lifestyle and risk that you're going to have to have.
