A convenience star made of ice is being built in Japan. It won't surprise you to learn it's being built in Hokkaido, one place where there's a frightening abundance of ice. A town called Shimakapu, a town located high in the mountains with temperature can drop down to minus 30 degrees Celsius. The store will also have an ice chef counter where the ice chef presumably freezing his or her bollocks off whether they have them or not.
