The Struggles of a Petroleum Engineer
I've always been interested in like geology and rocks and just kind of all the sciencey things and math things in the world. So, I was like, I'm going to declare that I want to be a petroleum engineer. The schools that had the best possibility for that was OU, the University of Oklahoma. But once I got to my core classes in petroleum, I think my GPA was like a 2.9 or something. That's what made me start considering whether I should change my major. My counselor at the time, or advisor at the time,. at OU suggested to look into mechanical or civil because the classes were pretty similar to what he had already taken for petroleum. And
