In the first half of life people are dealing with issues of adequacy and proving themselves It's all about how do I show the world that I have what it takes? And then in the second half of life I think the question Sort of changes and if the question starts to become around more about the soul about the internal Spiritual life. You can evolve not change your number, but evolve in your number right so you gain wisdom. We should talk about midlife in a second because that would be helpful.
