A lot of manual work is actually very costly and somewhat difficult to automate. To build a robot that can compete with the human being in terms of that kind of job is really still science fiction. I think for a great many workers what happens is that you might have three people doing a particular job and then all of a sudden half of what each of those is doing gets automated. And then you've only got one or two jobs left right because it gets consolidated. That's the kind of thing we're going to see in many fields.
