How to Keep Customers Loyal

I was a nervous wreck, but I couldn't let anyone know that. It takes a lot of guts to just be able to lead by example and to lead with a vision. How do you keep customers loyal? They have such an important voice in the company. We brought our call center in house because I wanted to make sure that we service them properly.
