The Impact of Affirmative Action Programs on Scheduled Cast Populations
The scheduled cast have risen before all these policies like job quotas, the educational institute have a regional quota. One of the reasons it has not had an impact on scheduled tribe is if you think about the tribal's,. I mean those guys are so disconnected from the rest of India that all these government policies of giving them preference never reaches them. They just they don't even know that there are some reservations for them or something. Some tribals have understood about the JNVs and they have entered the JNV system.
