Do You Need More Protein in Your Meal?

There haven't been any studies where they've compared participants with a kind of single protein dose versus a more evenly distributed protein distribution looking at lean muscle and strength. The practice of co-consumption of carbohydrate and protein, it makes sense for athletes to recover after exercise. It may be better, but I'm not sure it has anything to do with muscle protein synthesis, or synthesis of any other protein.
