The first rule is, you have to be a business. Now, let's say that you're an employe. So what do you do? Well, start out by saying to your employer, would it be ok if i became an independent contractor? In other words, instead of an employee, employee or relationship, could we have a independent contractor relationship? See, what the irus wants is they want everybody to be an employee somewhere. And as long as you're an employee of a business, they're happy, ok? Their comfortable. Employment taxes are being paid. If you weren't, if you were an independent contractor, they wouldn't have to pay.
