How to Price Your Airbnb Listings Effectively
Airbnb wants you to book as much as possible. So if we can all be pretty similar with our pricing, I think it's gonna make the share economy in your community healthier. Do a solitaire to your fellow hosts and let them know like if there's something specific coming around that's huge,. You know, just share that. It's good for everybody. But another thing with the market research too is I, like you said, some hosts may not be available. And I think that's where we have availability every single night.
