The Dalai Lama and the Pension

The central authorities will not alter the existing political system in Tibet. Officials of various ranks shall hold office as usual. The established status functions and powers of the pension, and I'm not gonna be able to pronounce this at all, shall be maintained. They're basically saying we wanna get back to that relationship where the first in command and the second command actually were getting along and worked with China.
