Why Ride Endurance?

A lot of people get too caught up in what Training Peak says and the TSS aspects thinking that higher TSS or higher CTL means greater fitness. I think it's a good guide to quantify your overall training load, but it's not fitness. When you cross over into zone three instead of zone two, you're training a completely different system. So it's not like riding harder is going to give you more bang for your buck.
