The Importance of Sleep

Yasmin: Sleep has been the biggest needle mover for me, but I'm now sleeping. The toughest thing for moms is that a lot of the advice that's given out there is just not applicable to them. We can do all the things. We can limit light exposure at night and turn off our screens,. But the baby's still waking up several times a night. Yasmin: Moms can really take everything else in their power to support their nutrition, meditate when they get the baby on a schedule as much as possible.
