The Prerequisites for a Socialist Revolution
Bukharan defined socialism and what he considers some of the prerequisites for a country to have a socialist revolution. If there is no heavy industry, if production does not proceed in an organized manner by the state power of the working class, then there are no pre Requirements for socialism. Bukharan: In this kind of country, even if the working class sees its political power, it still cannot avoid defeat because it cannot build socialism.
