According to john roberts, ye ye. So this is called the a typical arrest ton and it basically stands for the proposition that you should be able to prove that you were treated unfairly. He rules out all sorts of basic evidence including, like we mention, the officer's own statements,. which is a huge part of a case against an officer these days. But he says if there are other people around who were engaging in the same conduct as you, but were not arrested, that could be used as evidence that the real reason you were targeted was your speech.
