What's the Reaction to the New Three Teer System?
The three-teer qualification system was introduced at this year's World Tour event. The change will allow surfers to compete in more premium wave venues and have a consistent class of competitors to compete against. There were some rippers on the course, but not as many as you would expect from an international event.
