What's the Labor Force Participation Rate?
In the past few years, we've seen jobs that were essentially just crappy jobs to use the technical term. There are companies that have looked at those quit rates and said, okay, how do we get people to stay? And it's not about the office ping pong table or whatever. It's about predictable shifts,. It's about offering training. So I think that those types of changes, I wonder whether they will be more lasting because the costs of churn have become so evident to employers.
