The Taliban's PR Campaign Is Aimed at Regional Powers
Afghanistan will be part of the wider Chinese sphere of influence from now on. China will do, of course, absolutely zero to put any influence on the Taliban government. Russia is in the top pocket of China but they won't do anything inevitably to improve the lives of people there. And other countries will simply, you know, move in and move out as they choose.
