We're Not Building the Houses That We Need
In 74 percent of metropolitan areas, the average wage is not enough to pay for the average rent or to buy the average home. In those areas that are most desirable, you actually have a decrease of population. And the obvious explanation for that is that all the nubiism as s is freezing up with its people gaining control over their local systems. This is something that the upper middle class people are very good at doing.
