The Importance of Relationships
Sierra MLS is planning for or I guess we're budgeting for a drop-in membership. 60% of agents in the industry right now have never experienced a down market so right yeah that's gonna be. you should you should sort of send me some notes or what you should done a prep call or something um so well okay so I think you mentioned it at the beginning um this industry is very incestuous and I think that's kind of it can be a good thing.
