How often do you have a hard time falling asleep? For me, it's almost every day, until I found this podcast, Nothing Much Happens, which helps people fall asleep by telling soothing stories.
So naturally, I invited Kathryn Nicolai, the creator of Nothing Much Happens Podcast, and the writer of the book with the same name, on to talk about the podcast's origin story, what inspired her to start the podcast, her approach to writing the stories, and also the neuroscience behind sleep!
