The Importance of Planning for Family Communication

I've seen that people don't know when to end a conversation. And I think having a structure of where you're aiming to get to very much stops the circling. It's when you haven't planned what you're going to say, that you end up in the worst circle and you've got to explain it to your team. If you have no plan, you don't even get to first contact because you're a distant disaster straight away. So this gives is a way of approaching this, but is also incredibly family focused because you're actually working with them at their pace to take you through this.
