How to Use HTTP to Handle Requests
With HTTP one and with WebSockets every request is a is its own process. That process lives exactly as long as the request is around. In bandit we don't make that distinction. There's there's a process per connection and then a process per request in the cowboy world. So if you have 10,000 web socket connections you have10,000 processes. The process dictionary can be abused depending on what side of the table you sit on. We use it to power home kit but I don't generally think that it's intended at least not yet for general purpose use.
