Madeline, in terms of outside actors in central asia, china frequently gets mentiond as an actor that's increasingly interested in the region. To what extent are they playing a role? And do the parties who are in conflict there see china as a resource, or is china trying to damp down or encourage certain types of conflict? I mean, so far, i think china's role has mostly been confined to am, you know, calling on both sides to t to peace and so forth. So we haven't seen an active roll for china.
