A lot of his appeal has to do with the fact that he is ruthless, he is tough, he is unscrupulous. Once ruthlessness becomes politically accepted or legitimized, it can have this infectious quality, which is very dangerous. I think one of the frightening things that one sees is not only just how appealing many anti liber politicians can be, but the way that liberals often feel that in order to be effective in response
