Flexibility for Women in the Workforce
We should not be pushing them to work for 12 hours a day and for only four days. If I need the flexibility today I need a half day because in the second half I have to go and attend the parent teachers meetings of my kid. It is actually challenging for women to balance their personal and professional lives even if they have flexible working arrangements. Of course it's not in the hand of the organizations or corporates as such but I think that is where more education will play a role.
