Is the Bible Written in a Liberated, Western Hemisphere?

The whole bible almost was written by somebody who was either in prison for their faith and they'd been exiled to a hostile, foreign land and turned into slaves. Or they were f facing the threat of death because of their faith. That's how the bible was birthed.
