Pastors Don't Work Hard, They Give Care

Paul says a few interesting things about leaders when he tends to describe leaders. He doesn't say they are intelligent, even though I hope they're intelligent. The whole thing is about taking care of people. And I think you're right about with some of the challenges in the church today. What we see is a lot of narcissism. A lot of people align for the pulpit who just want the light to shine on their face.
