The Summary Judgment in the Ripple Case
The SEC is one of the most corrupt institutions on planet Earth since Gary Gensler took over. So it's just great to see a win for someone, anyone against the SEC. The judge did say those secondary sales that occurred on exchanges once those units of XRP had been distributed to their first port of call weren't securities. Those were also not securities transactions. I think what it actually means is the exchanges could happily relist XRP at this point.
