Giuliani and Cheesebrow's Plan to Use Fraudulent Electors in Pennsylvania
Giuliani, Cheesebrow and co-conspirator six participated in a conference call organized by the defendant's campaign with the defendant's electors in Pennsylvania. Giuliani falsely assured them that their certificates would be used only if the defendant succeeded in litigation. The plan was to falsely present the fraudulent slates as an alternative to the legitimate slates at Congress's certification proceeding.
