The panic associated with incidents also very often has to do with the environment in which you were experiencing that incident. I wish there was a better awareness on a lot of these things, but I don't think we are at a point yet where we're there. How does this map what you do day to day over at jelly.io? It is what I do every single day. So I mean, I do a ton of different things for a very small start up. But the main thing that I'm doing is working with our customers to tackle these hurdles within their organizations.
