Is the Pufa a Drug That Causes Heart Disease?
The Egyptian diet was near vegan with a whole lot of wheat. The Northern Indians had a pretty high rate of Pufa consumption, but also a very high rate of animal fat consumption. I'd love to see a population somewhere that doesn't need any seed oils that has a big obesity problem.
