If the batteries are running low, you should say people are buying a lot of batteries. You got social proof as well. Like with the brownies example, it's not just, hey, this is going to run out because people are buying it and eating it. So there's an extra incentive to buy that product. And limited time promotions. Don't hold back some of your products. I think this does what a lot of e-commerce stores get wrong,. especially stores that have a lot of views.
