The Scale Creates Distinction

As your church grows, the scale creates distance. I think a healthy pastor sometimes begrudgingly acknowledges that i'm sometimes disconnected from a lot of people in the church. God didn't create any of us to be independent. So i really try to lead. I'm through the team that god has put around me.
