Kaleo: Our hypothesis was, if you do things locally, you see change happen faster. People are more responsive. There's power in proximity. We basically reported a podcast every single week with civic leaders of all different types. And we tried to arm people with action steps. Every episode ended with an action step. i love the idea of giving small steps and you just guide people there.
