I would certainly feel fifty times safer walking around in Kigali it might then Johannesburg. Rwanda has an extremely strong state for one basic reason there was a genocide as a result of the genocide essentially the international community which normally has a kind of a boner for strongmen. And so in this case what we see basically sort of when you're imagining the progress of Venezuela for order I don't want to compare to the liberal like that's like wrong but I know Ben I've had him.
