The Gender Issue and the Generational Difference

Soi had both men and women participatig in the studies. And things were pretty consistent with the two of them. But i do that the need for a connection and a being relationship oriented, ad there is some evidence that women, you know, that there are some gender differences with respect to that. I am very much an integrator. For me, segmenting is just a harder thing. It's harder to segment than it is to disintegrate.
