i'm very uncomfortable in any sort of race preference, but i have some sympathy with the notion that with regard to african americans in particular. There has been sufficient social isolation that powerful institutions, to some extent, should have somone black on their staff. Iingnaredha: The less icely roup is, the less likely they are to have relatives and friends of different groups. But why would it be more important to have a cuban American from florida than someone an someo gop in a trallo park?
