How to Choose What Hurts in the Album and What Stays in Your Journal

I love my privacy. I appreciate listening to other people who are unguarded. There's so much in the lyrics from this album that speak to what it sounds like is, you know, your current emotional state. How do you decide what hurt goes in the album and what stays in your journal? It depends on how lazy I am that day.
