Amino Acids Are the Building Blocks of All Proteins in the Human Body

There's basically 20 amino acids responsible for making all the proteins in the human body. Nine of those are essential, meaning our bodies cannot make them. We must eat them exogenously. And a and all the other ones are not essential. So really you just memn to make sure you get these nine. The reason why those three b c aas have become so no popularized and famous is really because of the main one, lucine. Lucine is the one that stimulates muscle protein synthesis. Our body is always breaking down our muscle, and we need to consume more essential meno acids,. especially lucine, to to stimulate muscle protein synthesis to rebuild on that muscle.
