With quant research is probably easier to glean insights because it's so scientific and it's so clear. However, in qualitative research there's a lot more gray area and how we think about what an insight is. I always say that researchers, especially UX researchers we act as translators of sorts right like we're so close to the data and the data collection that it makes sense to us.
