Qualitative Research

With quant research is probably easier to glean insights because it's so scientific and it's so clear. However, in qualitative research there's a lot more gray area and how we think about what an insight is. I always say that researchers, especially UX researchers we act as translators of sorts right like we're so close to the data and the data collection that it makes sense to us. We have to translate it in a way that makes sense to stakeholders who are not there with us or who don't have the same degree of investment in the research itself because they didn't conduct it.
