How to Segment Your Customer Base
Saskam: SMBs are more likely to turn just because going out of business. But they might have great NDR where enterprises, once you get a software inside an enterprise, it's going to take a while before they leave. He says that by selling to different sectors and segmenting your customers, you can do different measurements of gross attention and both NDR. Saskam: I find founders and startup is segment later these days in the used to. They're breaking their sales teams up into small, medium and large. Their CS teams up later 30, 40, 50 million. And we all, but now I actually see it happening later and later.
