What Are the Good Things in My Life?

Most of the time there is so much more good stuff going on that if we just allow ourselves to experience a, you know, then we start to notice there's a lot of good things going on all round us. Just intentionally identify a few things that you're grateful for. It doesn't have to be this big journal, if you will. You can just put a couple little notes in your phone or on a,. you know, scrap of paper, whatever. I doesn't really matter. A and a lot of people really struggle with that in the beginning. But like everything else, the more you do it, the easier it becomesit is.
