There has been a new bill that was passed in Illinois that ensures that a portion of any revenue generated by child influences is set aside in a dedicated trust fund until the creator reaches adulthood. There was another bill that unfortunately did not pass that would financially help minors whose images were monetized on social media by their parents. But I definitely think things are going to change. Oftentimes the father or something will say, now I don't want my kids being featured on the show.
