I think it's beautifully said. I go back to the law of physics, right? Which is that everything degrades over time. You learned that in Arizona State when you're doing the case. Exactly. And it's work to keep it from going that way. It's the same thing of another rule, but thinking about the law of the commons,. which I think is really relevant to real estate.
