The Importance of Representation in Law Enforcement

It's not a accurate picture according to one study from National Institute of Justice 1% of young people are responsible for more than half of all youth related violent crimes. If we do deal swiftly and even a bit harshly with young people who make the affirmative decision to behave this way I don't think that that is the equivalent of somehow throwing away an entire generation because this is not the entire generation. There are many ways that we can prevent this from happening if we're on our jobs, but once the police get involved it's not going to be pretty especially when this is a matter of life or death.
