The Battle of the Busan Tor
The crew of the French flagship was still reeling from that devastating broadside and were not able to do much as the enemy approached. Admiral Villeneuve was in an impossible situation, engaged on three sides by overwhelming enemy numbers with a depleted crew. To their credit, the French resisted for over an hour against hopeless odds, but the Busan Tor would be the first ship to strike its colors and surrender.
